Project 1: Co-living House

Overview

In South Korea, traditional housing forms such as goshiwons (small rental rooms) and boarding houses are gradually fading away. This project seeks to introduce a new type of residential building that embodies the co-living concept, providing a modern and collaborative living environment.

The Co-living House is designed to meet the needs of a diverse population, particularly young professionals and students who are seeking affordable yet quality accommodation. This innovative living space promotes community interaction and shared experiences, encouraging residents to connect and collaborate in a comfortable, stylish setting.

Design Features

By integrating private living areas with communal spaces, such as kitchens, lounges, and workspaces, the Co-living House aims to foster a sense of belonging while addressing the evolving demands of urban living. This project not only reimagines the traditional housing landscape but also embraces sustainability and efficient use of resources, paving the way for a new era of modern living in South Korea.
